Course Materials: All course materials, including any digital content accessed through our LMS, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any course materials without our prior written consent.
Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website and within our Services are the registered and unregistered marks of the Peter Drucker Institute. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks without our prior written consent.

5. Use of the Learning Management System (LMS)

Our LMS is designed to provide you with a structured learning experience. By accessing the LMS, you agree to the following:

Authorized Use: You may use the LMS solely for educational purposes related to your participation in the courses provided by the Peter Drucker Institute.
Prohibited Conduct: You may not attempt to disrupt the LMS, gain unauthorized access, or use the LMS for any illegal or unethical activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
